Two ways to play

Two ways to play … With the G.U.A.R.D.S. rule system you have incredible flexibility to play historical, alt-universe or any other scenarios you have found that you would like to play.

We’ve hopefully peaked your curiosity with some of the heroes put into our game but this isn’t a full compendium and hopefully, you can find some unique scenarios and make them your own.

At Gaddis Gaming, we don't tell you how to play, we're just giving you the tools to have more fun and explore the possibilities and bring real heroes to the table.

3 ways you can help!

I need your support on this one We need 200 backers on day one of this Kickstarter when it launches November 10th. There are 3 ways to help me out with the kickstarter
1: Give money, any amount, even a $1.
2: Like and comment on the project (that doesn't cost you anything).
3: Spread the word!
Detroit-based Gaddis Gaming will be launching our kickstarter campaign for the first game that puts great “forgotten” heroes of the 20th century back in action on your tabletop.
“Empires Fall” showcases the 761st Tank Battalion (aka “The Black Panthers”) the first all-Black U.S. tank unit inside an alt-World War Two landscape. Although some history has shifted, gamers can bring the real heroism of these overlooked African-American soldiers to the field and take the motto of the 761st – “Come Out Fighting” – to heart. Let’s meet some of the real playable heroes in the explosive new game:
· Sergeant Ruben Rivers – The enemy gave no quarter and neither did he. During WWII Rivers fought with every measure of his being to break the Nazi lines in tanks and on foot. For his valor Rivers was honored with a posthumous Medal of Honor by President Clinton in 1997.
· Sergeant Warren Crecy – Known as the “Baddest Man in the 761st” received that title because when Nazis destroyed his tank Crecy attacked enemy positions armed with only a 30-caliber machine gun. A machine gun that had to be pried out of his hands when the fighting was over.
The brave men in 761st, along with the all-Black 555th Paratroopers (aka “The Triple Nickel”) also playable in “Empires Fall”, fought to further the cause of freedom for all in the fight against fascism. But they are often unmentioned in the history of WWII due to America’s shameful legacy of racism.
Backers of the Kickstarter not only receive an exceptional game loaded with custom dice and miniatures but real history that has been “forgotten” for far too long. They have been written out of history and it's our job to write them back in. Will you help us? https://www.kickstarter.com/pro.../gaddisgaming/empires-fall

Feedback from our customers

Dear Mr. Gaddis,
I wanted to compliment you on your "Harlem Hellfighters" series.
Although I do not game in that period, I was moved to Wikipedia the names of many of the figures you memorialize.  As a former NY Army Reservist, I was of course aware of the Harlem Hellfighters, but I did not realize that so many wen on after the war to make such important contributions in a range or areas.  It was quite educational for me.  I also found your use of the adrian helmet with the US uniform to be quite appropriate in reflecting the fact that they fought with French forces.

I hope you are enjoying success with Gaddis Gaming, and I hope that others are also enjoying your Harlem Hellfighters range as well as your other offerings.

I do visit your website from time to time, and it is likely that I will make a purchase in the near future.

Best regards,
